Foundation machines
We are one of the few operators still able to make Batilón booms for the Spanish market, a technology that continues to be a benchmark for those working in complex situations and need deep, perfectly controlled excavations. Each component is designed after assessing operational geometries, expected loads and available space, to ensure a configuration that is consistent with the type of foundation to be built.
The foundation machines developed by Rami Custom use certified materials and follow strict production procedures. This allows continuous operation even in difficult conditions such as heterogeneous soils, groundwater or prolonged work requirements, while ensuring reliability and durability.
Boring: special configurations for complex worksites
During boring, the machine must remain stable, precise in the drilling axis, and able to operate with different tools, depending on the work type. Rami Custom develops specific solutions for these activities, adapting booms, kinematics and support structures according to the required depth, pile diameter and geotechnical characteristics of the ground.
When the worksite is subject to special constraints such as limited access, confined spaces or the need to work close to embankments and infrastructure, we create configurations that strike a balance between power, control and operator safety.
